The Moorings is an impressive development situated on the water’s edge of the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary and occupies probably the best situation in Kingsbridge. Set in attractive, shared, landscaped and enclosed gardens alongside the estuary, with occasional seating, although not suitable for children’s games, they provide an idyllic spot to appreciate the views. All the apartments enjoy these superb views from most of their rooms, balconies and/or terraces with vistas down towards Salcombe, across to the wooded banks and meadows on the opposite side and upstream to the town itself. The town, a short walk, approximately one third of a mile on the level along the embankment, has a wide range of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, two major supermarkets and a fine leisure centre. Electric gates secure the entrance to the Moorings and there is a designated parking space for each apartment and further visitor parking. Good sandy beaches within 5 miles.

No. 2 is an attractive, centrally heated ground floor apartment, fully equipped, furnished to a high standard and set close to the water’s edge with its own private patio and garden area provided with garden furniture. The apartment has a designated dinghy space for boat/trailer use close to the slipway. All on one level this apartment is suitable for partially disabled with one step up at the entrance lobby and one step out onto the patio area. The grounds are level and ideal for wheelchair users.
