Cob Cottage is a recently refurbished, high quality, spacious cottage situated in the centre of the delightful village of Beeson. This quiet farming village is within easy walking distance of the beach at Beesands, where a welcoming pub serves locally caught fresh fish, and where you can access the South West Coast path for miles of wonderful cliff path walking, and stunning panoramic views of Start Bay, stretching to Start Point, the southernmost tip of Devon.

This characterful 3 bedroom cottage with its lovely original beams, has been thoroughly modernised to include an attractive decked terrace overlooking the rear garden, and glimpses of the sea. The accommodation features a beautiful split-level sitting room with wood burner set in an inglenook recess, a bright kitchen diner with a dining table to seat 6 and French doors to rear terrace and garden, a downstairs bunk bedroom, and upstairs a twin bedroom, and double bedroom, and family bathroom. Outside a raised deck area at the rear of the cottage has a glass balustrade, picnic bench, and parasol, and another bench at the top of the garden with views to the sea.

Parking: A gated entrance leads from the lane to the parking area with space for up to 2 cars.

Pets: One well behaved dog welcome, to be kept downstairs.

Local Facilities: Beach, pub and seasonal shop, Britannia Seafood at Beesands, half a mile. Farm shop and 2 pubs at Stokenham 2.5 miles. Torcross with pub and village shop 3 miles. Kingsbridge 7 miles. Dartmouth 11 miles.

Please note: Attached on one side of the cottage is a small annexe with its own separate entrance which is very occasionally used by the owners.
