Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with underfloor heating, TV, DVD, iPod dock, CD player and wood burner. Kitchen/ dining area with ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and dining table. Washing machine in outhouse. Sun room, with French doors to patio. Bedroom 1, double bed and en suite shower room. First floor: Bedroom 2, king size bed. Bedroom 3, children’s bunk beds and one single bed (5ft 6in in length) TV monitor for videos. Bathroom, bath with hand shower attachment.
Outside: Patio, garden furniture, ¼ acre enclosed garden laid to lawns and flowers with tree-swings and trampoline. Sea kayak (use at own risk).
