The rooms are all handsomely furnished, extremely comfortable and equipped to the very highest standards. Highlights include a massive bay window in the sitting room with glorious 180 degree river and sea views, games room with full size snooker table, sitting room with smart TV and surround sound and magnificent master suite with bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and additional shower room.

Accommodation: Ground Floor drawing room, breath-taking views, stone fireplace with gas fire, French doors open on to the front terrace, dining area with gas burning stove and serving hatch through to the kitchen. Sitting room with 42” Smart TV and surround sound home cinema system, Sky Sports & Movies, stone fireplace with gas burning stove. Study, kitchenette area and office area with French doors leading to the garden. Cloakroom. Kitchen with four oven Aga with integrated ceramic hob, separate electric oven, American-style fridge-freezer, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, TV and doors leading to rear terrace. Breakfast room to seat eight with TV and patio doors leading to terrace. Utility room with microwave, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. Bedroom 1, king sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, steps lead down to a sitting room/bedroom with single day

The main house accommodates up to 12 guests; the Studio is available for up to two guests for an additional charge, please advise at time of booking if required. Outside: The house is surrounded by exotic sub-tropical gardens and a substantial terrace with steps leading down to lawns over a range of terraces, with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Please note there are some steep slopes between the levels of which parents/children should be aware. On the southern side of the house the gardens lead to a fish pond and on to an all-weather tennis court. To the north are further areas of lawn and a fully enclosed area perfect for dogs. A pathway winds through the garden and down through a garden gate, across a neighbouring field and directly to the foreshore. It is possible to keep a boat on a buoyed mooring - please enquire for details.

A daily maid service is available by prior arrangement with the caretakers.
