Marden is a comfortable and contemporary house situated on a residential street at the top of the hill in Salcombe. The semi-detached property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and located close to nearby sandy beaches and local attractions. The bustling town centre at the bottom of the hill is where you can enjoy a wide range of pubs, restaurants and shops. The well equipped property has a fantastic outdoor area which provides a great spot for catching some sun or for al fresco dining.
