Piper’s Bench is a self contained, secluded wing of a lovely colonial style house set in mature gardens and commanding wonderful views over fields and down to the wide sweep of Bantham Beach, Burgh Island and the sea. Situated on the fringe of Thurlestone, just off a very peaceful country lane, the property provides an ideal retreat, with the scenic coastal path, golf course and some of the best sandy beaches of the South West all within walking distance.

Accommodation: First floor living room, TV and DVD, sofa bed. Dining area. Kitchen area, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and
washer/dryer. Ground floor bedroom, king size bed and single bed. Bathroom with shower over bath. Lobby area with further single child’s bed.

Outside: Private patio with garden furniture.
