This is a truly romantic destination with the spacious and inviting living room, magnificent Georgian fireplace, limestone flooring, comfortable and elegant furniture and is the perfect place to unwind and really leave the world behind you, especially once you have enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. The huge double bedroom with Victorian cast iron bedstead enjoys beautiful countryside views and the cottage also benefits from direct access down to a beautiful creek and the foreshore of the Salcombe estuary. The site dates back to William the Conqueror and is part of a Manor House, originally built in the 1700’s.
