Located at the end of a quiet country lane in the picturesque and unspoilt village of Bantham, Sloopside is a contemporary seaside villa with exceptional coastal views and an enviable location. Within easy walking distance is Bantham beach, widely considered one of the most beautiful in the West Country, and a favourite with surfers and other water sports’ enthusiasts. Over the last year, Sloopside has been completely remodelled and extended to offer comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. With great amenities that make the most of its unique location, the house offers uninterrupted views
over Bigbury Bay and Burgh Island. Guests can take in the fresh air and relax on Sloopside’s sunny, sea-facing balconies, or enjoy the newly landscaped gardens. In the covered outdoor dining area, al fresco feasts with stunning sea views can be enjoyed whenever the weather is warm enough.

Annexe Accommodation: First floor open plan living area with views to Burgh Island, woodburning stove, TV, PVR and DVD. Kitchen area, induction hob, oven, combination microwave oven, fridge with ice box, dining area to seat 6 and access to separate balcony. Ground floor, bedroom 5 with twin 2’6” single beds (can be form king size bed), patio door to private garden. Bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 6, king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and door leading to garden.

Outside: Upper garden behind main house mainly laid to lawn with gate and steps down to lower garden behind annexe, also mainly laid to lawn.

Included: Bed linen, towels (beach towels can be hired), travel cot, 2 high chairs, electricity and central heating.
