This charming, single-level, detached cottage lies beside the beautiful Yealm estuary, surrounded by woodland and uninterrupted views across the water. The coastal footpath runs alongside the cottage, with Noss Mayo just a short walk away. Originally a toll house for the River Yealm ferry, the original toll charges still feature on the side of the property. This attractive cottage is slightly unusual in that each room links in to the next. There are stunning views from the cottage and from its pretty, gently tiered garden and summerhouse. Dinghies can, by arrangement, be kept on the private slipway below the cottage. The cottage is supplied with its own UV-filtered spring water. “Very rarely can you find somewhere that combines everything we want in a holiday cottage, views, walks, peace and boats!”
