This unusual waterside property is a converted semidetached boathouse on the shore of the Salcombe estuary. Although just a short walk from Kingsbridge, its secluded and peaceful location makes it seem that you are far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Superb views from the balcony and most windows extend across the water to unspoiled countryside on the opposite side of the estuary. High tides often lap the footings of the house where small craft can be beached or moored and, with a slipway nearby, this is a great place to enjoy a water sport based holiday. Or just relax and watch the passing river craft, and enjoy the natural beauty with its abundant wildlife, of these stunning surroundings.
